Videos and Short Films

Outside of school, the majority of my creative projects are dedicated to filmmaking and plays. Click the images to see full projects

The Lorax (2022)

During and after my Senior year in high school, my friends from the choir program and I worked together to write and perform a fundraiser play for our local food bank. We raised $1000 and gained so much experience as we wrote and built this performance. Winlock High school did not have a theater program before this play, but it led to the hire of their theater teacher and the foundation of their theater program. Since then, Winlock has performed two more plays.

Agent Lincoln's Guide
to The Universe

This was the first short film I published online. I made it with my family, but I spent months writing it while I was at school. It was my first project learning to edit beyond basic iMovie. It also began my journey into learning how to make low-budget creative projects even without a formal producer.

The Warehouse

This is by far the largest-sclae film I have been a part of. I proved to myself I can learn any software, adapt to new equipment, and solve any tech issue. I learned how to create novelty costumes out of project foam and fabric. I turned our garage into a warehouse with colorful lighting. Of course, it is nowhere near perfect, but the progress in what I learned I was capable of building (with so much help from my incredible cast), has only made me want to see how far I can go.

Video Podcasts

This same cast that helps with so many of these film projects also hosted a podcast with me before missions and college divided us. We have made a few comedic videos which have been excellent practice in creating fast-paced content as well as developing more cinematic skills.
